About the Artist
Susan is an artist who paints exclusively in oil and has developed an original and engaging style that is uniquely her own. She is influenced by and has studied the impressionists and post-impressionists as well as many more contemporary artists. She has also studied with many locally accomplished artists through workshops and classes.
"I am always amazed at how joyful the actual painting process is and it is my desire to not only paint what I see but also to paint what I feel about what I see. When looking at my paintings, I want the viewer to feel that excitement and to experience the vision of beauty in this world as seen through my eyes."
